JAL Digital aims to grow into a company that creates value and contributes broadly to society through its refined digital capabilities. This is achieved not only by managing and maintaining systems for the JAL Group but also by expanding its IT/DX consulting and solution service businesses—leveraging the technical expertise and creativity cultivated through JAL Group operations—to companies outside the group. Meanwhile, the company faced challenges in advancing its sales strategy, including more effective new customer acquisition. Furthermore, to strengthen and streamline sales operations, it became necessary to share and utilize business card information previously managed individually by employees on paper, as well as to improve the efficiency of credit management tasks in anticipation of an increasing number of new business partners. Based on these challenges, JAL Digital focused on the uSonar service, which is built upon the LBC corporate database covering 12.5 million companies nationwide.
