Furthermore, to strengthen and streamline sales operations, it became necessary to share and utilize business card information previously managed individually by employees on paper, as well as to improve the efficiency of credit management tasks in anticipation of an increasing number of new business partners. Based on these challenges, JAL Digital focused on the uSonar service, which is built upon the LBC corporate database covering 12.5 million companies nationwide.
