Meanwhile, the company faced challenges in advancing its sales strategies, including the need for more effective new customer acquisition. Furthermore, to strengthen and streamline sales operations, JAL Digital needed to share and utilize business card information—previously managed individually on paper by employees—as actionable sales data. Additionally, in anticipation of an increasing number of new business partners, the company identified a need to improve the efficiency of its credit management processes. Based on these challenges, JAL Digital focused on the uSonar service, which is powered by the LBC corporate database covering 12.5 million companies nationwide.

Furthermore, to improve targeting accuracy, we utilize the intent data generation service, "Interest Sign." Since Interest Sign can identify and list companies interested in specific keywords, it allows for flexible targeting tailored to specific projects or industry trends. Targeting based on real-time data analysis enables us to approach companies at the optimal time according to their needs, thereby maximizing results.

2. Enhancing Security and Streamlining Information Gathering with a Business Card Management App That Goes Beyond "Business Card Management"
The corporate information and business card management app "mSonar" was highly evaluated for its ability to digitize and share business cards under robust security, while also allowing access to and utilization of vast amounts of corporate data. Traditional sales methods required significant resources for market research and corporate information gathering; however, by utilizing mSonar, we can streamline this process. Additionally, compared to other data utilization platforms, the cost-effectiveness and the ability to implement necessary functions at an optimal cost were key factors in our decision. We expect it to contribute to long-term improvements in sales productivity.

3. Reducing Credit Management Costs Through the Use of Ratings and High-Risk Company Flags
With the corporate information and credit management app "GuideSonar," we can freely browse extensive corporate data, which has fostered a culture of proactive information gathering from the initial sales stage. Furthermore, integration with our SFA has created an environment where organized information is accumulated for each company. In addition to general credit information, "GuideSonar" allows us to instantly grasp the risks of business partners through proprietary ratings and risk-level classifications. Consequently, the need to purchase additional credit information during the credit assessment phase is reduced, allowing us to make accurate credit decisions while simultaneously achieving significant cost reductions, improving the precision of credit operations, and strengthening risk management.
