To systematically promote health and productivity management, we have established the following organizational structure.

• Chief Health Officer: Representative Director, President and CEO
  Oversees the company-wide health and productivity management policy and drives initiatives while ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy.
• Promotion Department: General Affairs and Human Resources Group
  Responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of health initiatives, focusing on maintaining and improving physical and mental health, supporting work-style reforms, and enhancing work engagement.
• Collaboration with External Professionals: Rebalance Co., Ltd. (Occupational Physicians and Public Health Nurses), KuMu Co., Ltd. (Certified Social Workers and Work-Life Balance Coordinators), and Clinical Psychologists
  Provides professional support for health issue analysis, individual assistance, and system design.
• Collaboration with Health Insurance Association: TJK Health Insurance Association
  Leverages health checkup and medical expense data to receive support for data analysis and health guidance, aimed at addressing lifestyle-related diseases, preventing the progression of illnesses, and optimizing medical costs.
• Internal Promotion Committee
  We hold regular Health and Productivity Management Promotion Meetings to monitor progress and implement improvements, while also focusing on the visualization of health metrics (such as absenteeism and presenteeism) and the strengthening of countermeasures.
