Information Security Policy
Establishment and Operation of ISMS (Information Security Management System)
At uSonar Co., Ltd., our mission is to meet the expectations of all stakeholders, including our customers, employees, and their families, and to contribute to society through the management, maintenance, analysis, and provision of customer database information.
In our business activities, we utilize numerous information assets, including personal information entrusted to us by our customers. We recognize that protecting these information assets is a top management priority to meet the expectations of all our stakeholders.
Therefore, we have established an Information Security Policy. Based on this policy, we will build and operate an ISMS (Information Security Management System) and hereby declare our commitment to company-wide continuous improvement, taking into account the changing environment surrounding our company.
Furthermore, we have set the following information security objectives and will reliably implement various measures to achieve them.
• Respect and comply with contractual obligations with customers as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prevent information security incidents from occurring.
• Minimize the impact in the unlikely event that an information security incident occurs.
