Information Security Policy
Establishment and Operation of ISMS (Information Security Management System)
At uSonar Co., Ltd., our mission is to meet the expectations of all stakeholders—including our customers, employees, and their families—and contribute to society through the management, maintenance, analysis, and provision of customer database information.
In our business operations, we utilize a vast array of information assets, including personal information entrusted to us by our customers. We recognize that protecting these information assets is a top management priority in order to fulfill the expectations of all our stakeholders.
Therefore, we hereby declare that we have established an Information Security Policy, based on which we will build and operate an ISMS (Information Security Management System). We are committed to company-wide, continuous improvement in response to the changing environment surrounding our company.
Furthermore, we have set the following security objectives and will reliably implement various measures to achieve them.
• Respect and comply with customer contracts as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prevent information security incidents before they occur.
• Minimize the impact in the unlikely event that an information security incident occurs.
