Information Security Policy

At uSonar Co., Ltd., our mission is to meet the expectations of all stakeholders—including our customers, employees, and their families—and contribute to society through the management, maintenance, analysis, and provision of customer database information.

In our business operations, we utilize a vast array of information assets, including personal information entrusted to us by our customers. We recognize that protecting these information assets is a top management priority in order to fulfill the expectations of all our stakeholders.

Therefore, we have established this Information Security Policy. Based on this policy, we hereby declare our commitment to building and operating an ISMS (Information Security Management System) and to pursuing continuous, company-wide improvements in response to the evolving environment surrounding our business.

Furthermore, we have set the following security objectives and will ensure the implementation of various measures to achieve them:

• Respect and comply with customer contracts as well as legal and regulatory requirements.

• Prevent information security incidents before they occur.

- In the unlikely event of an information security incident, minimize the impact.
