Business card data is displayed as thumbnails and can be sorted by name, company name, or registration date, making the interface easy to navigate. An Excel-like list view without thumbnails is also available.
Additionally, business cards from the same individual or company held by other colleagues are displayed on the same screen, making internal professional networks immediately visible.
We now support English display, allowing for global use.

Online Business Card Exchange

Send a URL to register business card information, and the recipient can access that URL to receive your business card. The exchange is completed by having the recipient send a photo or image file of their business card via the QR code on the screen.

We use OCR equipped with a high-performance recognition engine. We continuously upgrade the recognition engine, aiming for a level of accuracy that eliminates the need for manual corrections.

In addition to dedicated scanners, you can use your existing multifunction printers, scanners, image files, and smartphone cameras to register business cards.

PFU N7100E

 

The N7100E dedicated scanner can be installed on the office floor for shared use by everyone. You can register cards with a single button press upon returning from an outing.
*Requires a separate PFU network scanner N7100E and dedicated software. This model is currently discontinued and is not available for new users.

Multifunction Printer/Scanner

 

You can register business cards using your existing multifunction printers or scanners. By setting multiple cards and scanning both the front and back, you can register both sides.

Smartphone Camera

 

You can easily register business cards by taking a photo using the camera button in the Meishi Sonar smartphone app.

We provide a dedicated smartphone integration app. Since it accesses business card data on Salesforce, no business card information is stored on the smartphone device itself, ensuring security in case of loss or theft. You can search and view business cards, as well as send emails or make phone calls with a single touch. If you receive a call from a phone number registered on a business card, the company name and contact name will be displayed on your smartphone screen. Additionally, if you receive a call from a colleague registered as a Salesforce user, their department and name will be displayed. Once you receive a business card, you can register it on the spot using the camera, allowing for immediate information sharing with your team members.

Whether you have already implemented Salesforce or are managing business cards for the first time, there are significant benefits.

Customers Using Salesforce

 

For environments where Salesforce is already implemented, by installing the Meishi Sonar application, you can not only utilize business card management within your existing organization but also seamlessly register and update leads and contacts from the registered business card information. In addition to managing business cards with existing users, the license includes the ability to create new users who can exclusively use business card management features due to the OEM provision. You can share business cards via roles and public groups, and perform data aggregation and export using reports. It is the easiest way to introduce business card management as a lead source that requires no manual input.

Customers Not Using Salesforce

 

Even if you have not implemented Salesforce, Meishi Sonar can be used exclusively for business card management as a standalone application operating on the Salesforce platform. While you cannot use Salesforce's sales support functions, you can manage business cards with the high level of security provided by Salesforce. You can add sales support functions or various other applications to the same environment in the future, and because the primary management and settings, including business card management, are common across the Salesforce platform, you can keep the burden of system implementation low.

A "Good" icon is displayed for items where the recognition result is determined to be "99% or more accurate," simplifying the user's verification process.
Additionally, by cross-referencing with the latest corporate information for 12.5 million locations, we convert the company name, address, phone number, and URL on the business card into accurate data. This minimizes the need for manual corrections and achieves low costs.

We provide assistant permissions that allow users to register business cards for others, and secretary permission functions that allow users to edit business cards for others. You can designate specific personnel to perform bulk registration and editing.

This is a service where you send us your physical business cards, and we scan them and register the data into Meishi Sonar for you. If you apply in combination with our "Correction Service," you can immediately utilize accurate data. This is especially recommended for users who have a large volume of paper business cards.
* The Scanning Service and Correction Service are optional.

We cross-reference your business cards with the latest personnel change and organizational restructuring information. If a match is found, we notify the owner via email with the "Organizational Restructuring and Personnel Change Information." This allows you to acquire information about your business partners quickly.
You can also update your business card data in accordance with the latest information.
* The Personnel Change Information Distribution Service is optional.

Integrates with uSonar, one of Japan's largest corporate databases featuring 12.5 million locations. It corrects variations in company names and updates addresses and phone numbers to the latest information, enabling seamless data cleansing and deduplication.
* A separate uSonar contract is required.
