Business card data is displayed as thumbnails and can be sorted by name, company name, or registration date, making the screen easy to view and navigate. An Excel-like list view without thumbnails is also available.
Furthermore, business cards from the same individual held by others, as well as other cards from the same company, are displayed on the same screen, making internal connections immediately clear.
Starting with this version, we now support English, allowing for global use.

Mobile Utilization

We provide a dedicated smartphone integration app. Since it accesses business card data on Salesforce, no business card information is stored on the smartphone device itself, providing peace of mind in the event of loss. In addition to searching and viewing business cards, you can send emails or make phone calls with a single touch. If you receive a call from a phone number registered on a business card, the company name and contact name will be displayed on your smartphone screen. Furthermore, if you receive a call from a colleague registered as a Salesforce user, their department and name will be displayed. Once you receive a business card, you can register it on the spot using the camera and immediately share the information with your team members.

For environments where Salesforce is already implemented, simply installing the Meishi Sonar application allows you to utilize business card management within your existing organization. Furthermore, it enables seamless registration and updates of business card information to Leads and Contacts. In addition to business card management for existing users, the license includes the ability to create new users who can exclusively use business card management features via OEM provision. You can share business cards using roles and public groups, and perform data aggregation and exports using reports. It is the easiest way to introduce business card management as a lead source that requires no manual input.

Even if you have not implemented Salesforce, Meishi Sonar can be used as a standalone application running on the Salesforce platform for business card management purposes. Since the primary management and configuration, including business card management, are common within Salesforce, you can keep the burden of system implementation low.
