Apply for the Meishi Sonar Free Trial

The free trial is available for 30 days for up to 5 users after the trial environment is provided.

 

Steps to Get Started

 

1. Application

Please apply using the application form below.

2. Trial Environment Setup

We will provide the service access link and login credentials. *You will receive an email with login information from Salesforce.

3. Start Trial

Please test the functionality in the trial environment. (Limited to 30 days / 5 users)

4. Main Contract

Please consider the main contract upon the conclusion of the trial period.

5. Commencement of Production Environment Operations

Once the main contract is signed, you may begin full-scale operations while retaining all data from the trial environment.

 

 

Terms of Service

Please be sure to read the following Terms of Service before applying.

 

■ Meishi Sonar Subscription Agreement

「名刺ソナー」および「名刺ソナー 無料トライアル」をご利用になる場合Meishi Sonar Subscription Agreementについて同意が必要です。
※無料トライアルにてご同意いただいた「名刺ソナー」サブスクリプション規約は、無料トライアル終了後にお客様が有料サービスを利用する場合も引き続き適用されます。

 

■ Business Card Entry Service Terms of Service

追加サービスとなる「名刺入力サービス」をご利用になる場合、別途定めるTerms of Service for Business Card Input Serviceについて同意が必要です。

 

■ Terms of Service for Scanning Service

追加サービスとなる「名刺スキャンサービス」をご利用になる場合、別途定めるTerms of Service for Scanning Serviceについて同意が必要です。

 

 

Free Trial Specifications

Trial Period	30 days after trial issuance. *Trial account details will be sent via email.
Number of Users	5 Users *Business card sharing is available.
Trial Business Card Data Retention Period	30 days after the trial period ends. *If you sign a formal contract during the data retention period, your data can be transferred.
