Background of Implementation

Guided by the corporate philosophy of "Solving Social Issues," Pasona Group is a social solutions company that operates a wide range of businesses, including expert services (staffing), BPO services (outsourcing and contracting), and regional revitalization solutions. In recent years, to expand the group's overall sales and market share, the company has been promoting "Group-wide DX" to conduct integrated sales by leveraging the transaction information and extensive customer touchpoints held by each group company. To achieve this, it was necessary to integrate the data held by each group company.

To address this, uSonar implemented the customer data integration solution "uSonar" for Pasona Group, building a data infrastructure that allows for cross-sectional analysis and utilization of data held by each group company. At the same time, Pasona Inc., a subsidiary of Pasona Group, integrated uSonar with Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFA) from Salesforce Japan, which is used by each business division. As a result, it became possible to link data via a common code with the data infrastructure built by Pasona Group, creating an environment where corporate attributes necessary for sales and marketing activities can be linked to each SFA.

Implementation Benefits

1. Achieved centralized management by adopting the LBC code, which is assigned to business locations across Japan, as a common code for all group companies.
2. Automatically assigned LBC codes to Salesforce Sales Cloud, enabling smooth information linkage with customer data across group companies.
3. Achieved data enrichment without additional manual effort by automatically appending various corporate attributes associated with the LBC.
4. Improved conversion rates by leveraging corporate attributes to approach companies interested in recruitment and staffing services.
