Background of Implementation

Guided by its corporate philosophy of "Solving Problems for Society," Pasona Group is a social solutions company that operates a wide range of businesses, including expert services (staffing), BPO services (outsourcing/contracting), and regional revitalization solutions. In recent years, to expand the group's overall sales and market share, the company has been promoting "Group-wide DX" to conduct comprehensive sales activities by leveraging transaction information and extensive customer touchpoints held by each company within the group. To achieve this, it was necessary to integrate the data held by each group company.

To address this, uSonar implemented the comprehensive customer data solution, uSonar, for the Pasona Group, establishing a data infrastructure that enables cross-sectional analysis and utilization of data held by various group companies. Simultaneously, at Pasona Inc., a subsidiary of the Pasona Group, we integrated uSonar with Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFA), which is utilized by each business division. As a result, we enabled data integration via a common code with the data infrastructure built by the Pasona Group, creating an environment where corporate attributes necessary for sales and marketing activities can be synchronized across each SFA.

Benefits of Implementation

1. Achieved centralized management by adopting the LBC code, which is assigned to business locations across Japan, as a common code for all group companies.
2. Automatically assigned LBC codes to Salesforce Sales Cloud, facilitating smooth information integration with customer data across group companies.
3. Achieved data enrichment without additional manual effort by automatically appending various corporate attributes associated with the LBC.
4. Improved conversion rates by leveraging corporate attributes to approach companies interested in recruitment and staffing services.
