By integrating various data sources and utilizing the optional business card management app "uMeishi," the company has successfully achieved data unification.

Background of Implementation

Hitachi Solutions is a group company of Hitachi, Ltd. that provides application development, consulting, and cloud solution services. Because the company possesses various data sources, including transaction history, corporate sales lists, and business cards, the integration and maintenance of this data required significant man-hours. Specifically, the following challenges were identified:

• Manual data cleansing and maintenance were required when integrating various data sources with transaction history.
• The inability to manage held data in an integrated manner made it difficult to analyze trends in corporate attributes.
• Conventional business card management apps were specialized only for digitizing business cards, resulting in a low rate of corporate attribute enrichment.
