Background of Implementation
SAKURA internet Inc. provides high-quality internet services, primarily focusing on data center operations. While building their marketing foundation, they faced the following data-related challenges:
・ Inability to grasp accurate transaction records by company or corporate group due to data inconsistencies, such as variations in notation.
・ A lack of corporate attributes available for analysis, as many of their clients are small and medium-sized enterprises, making it difficult to match them with credit data.
To address these issues, SAKURA internet Inc. implemented uSonar, a customer data integration solution capable of linking with their SFA (Sales Force Automation) tool, and built a marketing foundation that centrally manages all marketing-related data using LBC Codes.
Benefits of Implementation
1. Realized accurate tracking of transaction records by company and corporate group through the use of LBC Codes.
2. Enabled analysis and scoring using corporate attributes such as industry and sales scale held by "LBC," allowing for the prioritization of nurturing activities.
3. Enabled the extraction of accurate white space (non-transactional companies), facilitating efficient, data-driven marketing activities.
