Yokogawa Rental & Lease is a joint venture established by Yokogawa Electric Corporation and Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd., operating in the "Rental Business" and "System Business" sectors. Furthermore, under the theme of "From Ownership to Usage," the company develops subscription-based businesses centered on IT solutions (software). As part of a project to overhaul their core systems, the company introduced Microsoft Japan's "Dynamics 365" (CRM) to strengthen their sales organization.

To reduce the operational burden of registering corporate data into "Dynamics 365," they simultaneously implemented the customer data integration solution "uSonar," which is equipped with "LBC," one of Japan's largest corporate master databases that integrates with "Dynamics 365," thereby achieving automatic data maintenance and unification. Additionally, they implemented the business card management app "uMeishi" to enable the automatic linking and immediate utilization of newly registered business card data with corporate data.

*The uMeishi service was discontinued in August 2025. The currently available business card management app is mSonar, which features significantly enhanced functionality.
