Yokogawa Rental & Lease is a joint venture established through investments from Yokogawa Electric Corporation and Fuyo General Lease Co., Ltd., operating in the rental and system businesses. Furthermore, under the theme of "From Ownership to Usage," the company develops subscription-based businesses centered on IT solutions (software). As part of a project to overhaul their core systems, the company implemented Microsoft Japan's Dynamics 365 (CRM) to strengthen their sales organization.

To reduce the operational burden of registering corporate data into Dynamics 365, they simultaneously implemented the customer data integration solution uSonar, which is equipped with LBC, one of Japan's largest corporate master databases that integrates with Dynamics 365, thereby achieving automatic data maintenance and unification. Additionally, they implemented the business card management application uMeishi, enabling the automatic linking and immediate utilization of newly registered business card data with corporate data.

*The uMeishi service was discontinued in August 2025. The currently available business card management application is mSonar, which features significantly enhanced functionality. mSonar
