Background of Implementation

Under its management philosophy of being a "Service-Leading Company," Credit Saison provides optimal solutions for both individuals and corporations, ranging from credit card businesses to finance and asset management services.
The company sought to strengthen relationships with its diverse partners and clients, and aimed to develop sales strategies based on an accurate understanding of transaction status. However, because transaction data was managed by product within existing systems, the company had to manually consolidate data across different product lines, which created challenges regarding operational burden, speed, and accuracy.

To address this, uSonar provided its customer data integration solution, "uSonar," to automate the consolidation and unification of transaction data. Furthermore, by integrating "uSonar" with the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool already in use at Credit Saison, the company successfully achieved ongoing maintenance of data accuracy within its SFA.
