To address this, uSonar provided the customer data integration solution "uSonar," which enabled the automatic cleansing and unification of transaction data. Furthermore, by integrating "uSonar" with the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool used by Credit Saison, the company successfully achieved continuous maintenance of data accuracy within its SFA.
