BizReach is an HR tech venture that operates multiple businesses centered on the human resources sector, including the career change site "BizReach" for high-level professionals, the career change site "Careertrek" for ambitious young professionals, the human capital management platform "HRMOS," the job search engine "Stanby," and the business succession M&A platform "BizReach Succeed."
As the company expanded its services, it needed to increase the number of leads to drive more sales opportunities. However, the existing inquiry and document request forms required users to manually enter various items, which caused significant user frustration and led to a high abandonment rate.
To address this, uSonar provided its customer data integration solution, uSonar, which offers automatic customer data maintenance and corporate attribute appending. Additionally, we provided uSonar's input support features, which allow users to register for inquiries and document requests without the burden of manual data entry.
Benefits of Implementation
The input support option for uSonar is a tool designed to enhance website input forms by leveraging dictionary files such as the corporate master data LBC and other knowledge data. By simply copying and pasting an email signature, users can automatically and accurately populate each field without manual entry. This prevents form abandonment and improves the lead conversion rate (CVR).
(1) Registration via Copy & Paste of Email Signatures
Simply copy and paste an email signature into the input form to automatically identify and register the information.
(2) No Need for Manual Segmentation
Once the necessary information is registered in bulk, it is automatically parsed and populated into the corresponding fields.
(3) Automatic Character Format Detection
The system automatically converts full-width and half-width characters, preventing inconsistencies in notation.
Implementation Results
By integrating uSonar's automatic customer data maintenance and attribute assignment features with Pardot, we updated the data registered in Pardot to the latest information and assigned corporate attributes such as industry and annual revenue. This enabled marketing activities based on integrated, accurate data. Furthermore, by linking the uSonar input support option with Pardot's input forms, we simplified the customer information registration process, resulting in a significant 1.6x increase in lead acquisition performance for inquiries and document requests.
