Background of Implementation
Over its 200-year history, Suzuyo has developed services centered on logistics and expanded its network both domestically and internationally. To further strengthen its sales capabilities, the company considered the implementation of a Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool. In conjunction with this, they sought a mechanism to maintain the accuracy of the data within the SFA.
Consequently, Suzuyo implemented uSonar, a customer data integration solution equipped with uSonar's corporate master data "LBC" (covering 12.5 million locations). They also introduced the SFA support tool, sideSonar, to improve convenience when registering data or searching for information within the SFA.
*New subscriptions for sideSonar will end in February 2025. Analysis and list creation functions have been transferred to PLANSonar, and CRM/SFA enhancement functions have been transferred to GuideSonar.
Benefits of Implementation
① Automatically integrates data within the SFA using the 11-digit LBC code assigned to each business location as a key.
② Since the LBC database is updated daily, it enables marketing based on information that is always fresh and highly accurate.
③ Automatically links business card information with corporate data by assigning LBC codes to data imported into the SFA from business card management applications.
④ By utilizing sideSonar, the company has reduced the manual effort required for new registrations while ensuring data standardization from the point of entry.
