(Patent No. 5538512, Patent No. 6325604)

Background of Implementation

In addition to strengthening relationships with existing customers, mitsuiwa was focusing on enhancing its marketing efforts to realize account-based marketing (*1), which allows for the strategic development of new customers. However, the company was struggling to establish a methodology for strategically prioritizing and approaching unexplored companies. Consequently, mitsuiwa began building a new marketing foundation by implementing the customer data integration solution "uSonar," which contains corporate master data for 12.5 million locations nationwide, along with the business card management app "uMeishi," an optional feature of "uSonar."
