With the increase in the number and variety of facilities it operates, TKP Corporation implemented a Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool to strengthen sales activities in the areas surrounding its facilities. The company sought to further solidify its foundation for customer data management and enhance its sales and marketing activities.
Solution
We implemented the customer data integration solution uSonar to build a foundation for maintaining customer data within our SFA and appending corporate attributes such as industry and revenue scale. By leveraging this foundation, we also realized efficient digital marketing by extracting only untapped target companies from uSonar to execute targeted advertising campaigns.
