Verify whether the product possesses the flexibility to accommodate future expansions and feature additions.
Specifically, confirm that the product is updated regularly and that new features and security patches are provided. The quality of the support system is also a critical point.
Evaluate the product from the perspective of whether it can scale up smoothly in alignment with business growth.
