This integration is made possible through a dedicated Dynamics CRM module provided by CEC Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Fujio Tahara; hereinafter "CEC").
The integration between uSonar and Dynamics CRM reduces the operational burden associated with registering corporate information in Dynamics CRM and ensures that corporate data is always kept up to date. This enables the revitalization of sales and marketing activities and fosters stronger customer relationships.
In the operation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, utilizing daily registered corporate information requires strict rules to prevent duplicate entries and input errors, as well as continuous maintenance of corporate data. For users, this has historically resulted in a significant operational burden for registration and updates. This integration facilitates the use of Dynamics CRM alongside Japan's largest corporate database, which covers 8.2 million locations built by Landscape.
