Landscape Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nami Fukutomi; hereinafter "Landscape") announces the launch of an integration between "uSonar," a customer data integration tool equipped with Japan's largest corporate database, and "Microsoft Dynamics CRM," an integrated CRM application service provided by Microsoft. This integration is made possible through a dedicated Dynamics CRM module provided by CEC Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Fujio Tahara; hereinafter "CEC").
The integration between uSonar and Dynamics CRM reduces the operational burden associated with registering corporate information in Dynamics CRM and ensures that corporate information is always kept up to date. This enables the revitalization of sales and marketing activities and the improvement of customer relationships.
In the operation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, utilizing corporate information registered daily requires strict rules to prevent duplicate registrations and input errors, as well as continuous maintenance of corporate information, which places a significant operational burden on users. This integration facilitates the use of Dynamics CRM alongside Japan's largest corporate database, which covers 8.2 million locations built by Landscape. By using it in combination with the dedicated module provided by CEC, users can easily extract and transcribe detailed corporate information with simple operations when registering new corporate data, and once registered, subsequent updates are automatically reflected.
