In 2018, he joined Konica Minolta Japan, Inc., where he built his expertise in B2B marketing and sales. As a leader responsible for strategy execution and organizational management, he spearheaded the launch of the division's marketing organization. While managing a 20-person team as the head of the planning department, he was also responsible for establishing the company-wide marketing organization. In September 2023, he joined EVeM, a company that provides management training to support the rapid growth of startups.
