(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President & CEO: Katsuhito Nagatake; TSE Growth Market, Securities Code: 431A; hereinafter "uSonar") will exhibit at the "Nikkei/TSE IR Fair 2026," to be held at Tokyo Big Sight on Friday, August 28, and Saturday, August 29, 2026. The "Nikkei/TSE IR Fair 2026" is one of Japan's largest IR events, co-hosted by Nikkei Inc. and Japan Exchange Group (JPX), serving as a venue for dialogue between listed companies and individual investors.

This marks uSonar's first exhibition since listing on the TSE Growth Market in October 2025.
