uSonar Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; hereinafter "uSonar") is pleased to announce the launch of "Instant Intent" (patent pending), a service that utilizes proprietary technology to detect signs of prospect interest in real-time based on web behavior, supporting connections to sales meetings at the optimal moment.
"Instant Intent" was developed by integrating various data, such as web behavioral signals, with the foundation of uSonar's "Meeting Sonar"*1, a service that enables smooth initiation of web meetings.
We aim to provide a new sales experience that captures signs of interest from browsing history on a company's website and connects them to online sales meetings at the right time.

Background of "Instant Intent" Development
In traditional sales processes, there is often a time lag of several days between lead acquisition—such as through inquiries or document requests—and the point where sales representatives make contact via meetings, frequently resulting in missed opportunities.
Furthermore, while the spread of AI has made it easier to obtain information necessary for decision-making, it has become clear that these decisions are not always based solely on rationality; they are also influenced by intuitive and emotional factors, such as the feeling of "I would like to talk now."
What Is Instant Intent?
"Instant Intent" is a service that combines Japan's largest corporate database, "LBC"*2, with web browsing history data and Marketing Automation (MA)/SFA information to detect prospect web behavior in real-time (Live Access*3) and immediately support connections to online sales meetings.
Key features include:
• Setting targets that are likely to lead to sales meetings
• Detecting interest from the moment web behavior occurs
• Connecting to online sales meetings at the moment of detection
• Visualizing "heightened interest" that cannot be captured by traditional Marketing Automation (MA)
Future Developments
Based on insights gained through pilot programs, uSonar will continue to improve the functionality of "Instant Intent" and move toward a full-scale service rollout. Additionally, we will strengthen integration with existing services such as "PLANSonar"*4 and external services, aiming to provide a better experience for both customers and sales teams.
*1: "Meeting Sonar" is a service that allows users to instantly start a web meeting without stress when screen sharing becomes necessary during a phone call or cold call. You can start a web meeting immediately just by having the other party generate a 4-digit meeting code. Its major strengths are its ease of use, which eliminates hassle, and its immediacy, which prevents lost opportunities. Because it allows for a stress-free transition to web meetings, it enables online sales meetings to be conducted with good tempo.

*2: The corporate database "LBC" is Japan's largest corporate database, assigning an 11-digit management code to business locations across Japan. It centrally manages rich corporate attribute information, such as industry, sales, profit, number of employees, and fixed IP addresses. By matching client data with "LBC," it enables precise targeting, including data cleansing, attribute enrichment, and the visualization of non-transactional companies.
