• Subsidizing Costs Related to Health Checkups
All health checkup results are reviewed by an industrial physician, and employees requiring medical attention are encouraged to visit a healthcare institution. We also provide a subsidy program for secondary examination costs. Additionally, we offer a system where the company covers the full cost of comprehensive medical examinations and tumor marker tests.
• Infectious Disease Control
Influenza vaccinations are provided at the company's full expense. These are available at the office for both employees and their family members.
