uSonar Releases New Commercial Featuring Ryoko Kobayashi as Sales Manager: mSonar, "Corporate Data at Your Fingertips"

uSonar Co., Ltd. is releasing a new CM featuring actor Ryoko Kobayashi as a sales manager. The commercial comically highlights the corporate information and business card management application "mSonar" with the tagline, "Corporate data at your fingertips!" This CM will begin airing today, Thursday, November 27, starting with "Cambria Kyuden" on the TV Tokyo network, followed by taxi advertisements and YouTube.

In an office, a company president and a young sales representative are walking down a hallway. The president raises a concern, saying, "Aren't we just accumulating business card data?" The young employee replies, "I found a great service that helps us identify sales prospects from our business card data." However, neither of them can recall the name of the service. Suddenly, Sales Manager Ryoko Kobayashi appears on a window-cleaning gondola and declares, "That is mSonar!" Entering the office space, Manager Kobayashi leads them through the features of mSonar, which is powered by one of Japan's largest corporate databases. Completely captivated, the president mutters, "Please, let me consult with you," in the final scene.

We asked about the highlights and her impressions of the production on the CM set.

uSonar Co., Ltd. is a data marketing support company established in 1990. Following the company name change from the former Landscape, we launched a CM campaign in October 2022. This is the seventh installment in the series, featuring Ryoko Kobayashi as the Sales Manager.

While expanding her career as an actor in films, dramas, and as a radio personality, Ms. Kobayashi is also active as a multi-talented entrepreneur, managing the agri-welfare startup AGRIKO Co., Ltd.

After debuting as a child actor, she gained prominence as an exclusive model for 'Nicola' and was selected as the heroine for the drama 'Maou' (TBS). In recent years, she has appeared in numerous dramas and films, including the NHK serial TV novel 'Tora ni Tsubasa'.
Alongside her acting career, she has been involved in agriculture since 2014 and founded AGRIKO Co., Ltd. in 2021. She is a certified 'Agri-Welfare Technical Supporter' by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and operates 'AGRIKO FARM,' a circular agri-welfare farm that is friendly to both the natural environment and people, while also developing art projects. Furthermore, she is expanding her parallel career through appearances on news programs and as a radio navigator.
