uSonar Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that today, the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tokyo Stock Exchange") has approved the initial listing of our shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market.
The scheduled date for the initial listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market is Friday, October 17, 2025. From that date onward, our shares will be available for trading on the exchange.
