uSonar Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that today, the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Tokyo Stock Exchange") has approved the new listing of our shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market.
The listing date on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market is scheduled for October 17, 2025 (Fri), and from that date onward, our shares will be available for trading on the exchange.
