uSonar Co., Ltd. hereby announces that it has received approval from the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Tokyo Stock Exchange") for the new listing of its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market today.
The listing date on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market is scheduled for Friday, October 17, 2025. From that date onward, our shares will be available for trading on the exchange.
