(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "uSonar") is pleased to announce that it has registered its corporate information and business card management application, "mSonar," and its business strategy platform, "PLANSonar," on the catalog site for the "Digital Marketplace (hereinafter "DMP")," a new SaaS procurement method for government agencies and municipalities provided by the Digital Agency.
Background of Registering uSonar Services on the Digital Agency DMP
We aimed to make uSonar services searchable and accessible to procurement officers in government agencies and municipalities nationwide, enabling them to utilize our solutions in their procurement selection processes.
Through this registration on the DMP catalog site, we will continue to refine our services to further support the digital transformation (DX) of government agencies.
What Is the Digital Agency's Digital Marketplace (DMP)?
The Digital Marketplace (DMP) is a new IT procurement method for cloud software (SaaS) launched by the Digital Agency.
By utilizing the DMP, government agencies and municipalities can procure SaaS and accelerate their digital transformation.
Furthermore, by encouraging the registration of software and sales services on the DMP catalog site, the initiative aims to diversify procurement sources by inviting participation from a wide range of vendors.
Information regarding each software and service is published on the DMP catalog site, allowing government users to search for and view service details, as well as utilize the platform for selecting procurement sources.
The DMP has been open to the public since January 2025, and features for government agencies to use in procurement selection were released in March.
