Regarding the Issuance of ESG Donation-Based "Private Placement Bonds for a Better World"

uSonar Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "the Company") issued "Private Placement Bonds for a Better World" through MUFG Bank, Ltd. on March 31, 2025.
This private placement bond program involves MUFG Bank, Ltd. underwriting the bonds and donating 0.1% of the issuance amount (up to 1 million yen per case) to organizations promoting ESG initiatives that address environmental and social issues. The donation recipients are selected based on the priority "environmental and social issues" identified by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., and our company fully supports this initiative.

Following the issuance of these bonds, our company name and logo have been listed on the "List of Private Placement Bond Issuing Companies" on the MUFG Bank, Ltd. website.
