Issuance of ESG Donation-Based Private Placement Bonds: Powering Global Progress

uSonar Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") issued "Powering Global Progress" private placement bonds through MUFG Bank, Ltd. on March 31, 2025.
These private placement bonds involve MUFG Bank, Ltd. underwriting the debt, with 0.1% of the issuance amount (up to 1 million yen per case) donated to organizations promoting ESG initiatives that address environmental and social issues. The recipients are selected based on the priority environmental and social issues identified by Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., and our company fully supports this initiative.

Following this bond issuance, our company name and logo have been featured on the "List of Private Placement Bond Issuing Companies" on the MUFG Bank, Ltd. website.
