The company's marketing and sales departments have been working to build and utilize a business environment conducive to digital marketing and data utilization.
Previously, because different codes were assigned and managed for the same corporate customer data across various systems, data utilization was stagnant, and the manual input burden was perceived as excessive.
To resolve these issues, the Digital Strategy Section of the Marketing Department decided to migrate to a new SFA/CRM system and simultaneously implemented uSonar's corporate database service. They anticipated that the coding system of uSonar's corporate database (LBC Code) would function as a common code to connect corporate customer data across disparate systems.
