Through targeting utilizing the "Story" attribute of LBC, USEN ICT Solutions has reduced the man-hours required for creating new prospect lists by approximately 85%. In addition, they have enabled more precise target selection. Furthermore, by leveraging intent data to strengthen approaches based on website browsing history, they have contributed to improved closing rates and early detection of churn risks.
