uSonar Co., Ltd., a member of Keidanren, has contributed an article regarding our personnel evaluation system to the January 2025 issue of 'Shokumu Kenkyu' (published by the Personnel and Wage Center of Keidanren Business Service, Inc.), which features a special section on 'Personnel Evaluation Systems'.
The article introduces our personnel evaluation system and the initiatives we have undertaken over the past decade.
It outlines our strategies for addressing challenges such as 'difficulty in visualizing career paths' and 'the need to share the philosophy behind the personnel evaluation system,' as well as our current system which incorporates AI.
