uSonar Co., Ltd., a member of Keidanren, has contributed an article regarding our personnel evaluation system to the January 2025 issue of Shokumu Kenkyu (published by the Personnel and Wage Center of Keidanren Business Service, Inc.), which features a special section on Personnel Evaluation Systems.
The article introduces our initiatives regarding our personnel evaluation system over the past decade.
It summarizes our countermeasures for challenges such as "difficulty in visualizing career paths" and "the desire to share the philosophy behind the personnel evaluation system," as well as our current system which incorporates AI.
