1: The speaker (host) launches Meeting Sonar while logged into GuideSonar.
2: The guest opens our website on their PC, clicks the "Generate Meeting Code" button in the top right, and provides the generated four-digit number.
3: The host enters the four-digit number into Meeting Sonar to launch the Web conference.
