uSonar Receives Findy Team+ Award 2024
— Recognized for High Engineering Productivity Among 20,000 Teams —

uSonar Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairperson: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "uSonar") is pleased to announce that it has received the "Other Method Division" award in the "Team Award" category of the "Findy Team+ Award 2024," which honors engineering organizations with outstanding development productivity among companies using "Findy Team+," a platform operated by Findy Inc.

Findy Team+ is a service that supports the performance improvement of engineering organizations. By analyzing platforms such as GitHub and Jira to visualize engineering organization performance, it supports the enhancement of development productivity and developer experience.
The Findy Team+ Award 2024 is an initiative that calculates productivity metrics for engineering organizations using Findy Team+, honoring those with outstanding development productivity and initiatives from among approximately 450 companies and 20,000 teams.

On October 31, uSonar received the Team Award Other Method Division in recognition of the high development productivity of our Cloud Development Team, which is responsible for developing uSonar services including PLANSonar.

In the Cloud Development Team, all members work together to advance operational improvements by automating CI and utilizing SaaS services. By gradually reducing the time spent on daily tasks and securing time for improvements, we have achieved significant enhancements in the development experience.
We believe we received this award because we refused to be satisfied with the status quo and continued to strive to be a team that can commit to our core essence.
