uSonar Receives Findy Team+ Award 2024
~Recognized for High Engineering Productivity Among 20,000 Teams~

uSonar Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "uSonar") is pleased to announce that it has received the "Team Award" in the "Other Method Division" at the "Findy Team+ Award 2024," which honors engineering organizations with outstanding development productivity among companies using "Findy Team+," a service operated by Findy Inc.

"Findy Team+" is a service that supports the performance improvement of engineering organizations. By analyzing platforms such as GitHub and Jira to visualize engineering performance, it supports the enhancement of development productivity and developer experience.
The "Findy Team+ Award 2024" calculates productivity metrics for engineering organizations using "Findy Team+," honoring those with exceptional development productivity and initiatives from among approximately 450 companies and 20,000 teams.

uSonar received the "Team Award Other Method Division" on October 31, in recognition of the high development productivity of its "Cloud Development Team," which is responsible for developing uSonar services, including PLANSonar.

<Comments From the Award-Winning Team>
In the Cloud Development Team, all members are working together to drive operational improvements through CI automation and the utilization of SaaS services. By incrementally reducing the time spent on daily tasks, we have secured time for further improvements, which has resulted in a significant enhancement of our development experience.
We believe that we received this award because we refused to be satisfied with the status quo and continued to strive to be a team that remains committed to our core essence.

We actively invest in engineer recruitment and foster a culture called Demand, where employees can directly submit requests to the company.
