Background of Touki Sonar Service Development
Various registries managed by the Legal Affairs Bureau can be acquired by anyone for a fee upon application. These electronic data files can be obtained for a few hundred yen per document through local Legal Affairs Bureaus, the Civil Legal Affairs Association website, or other private service sites.
Depending on corporate operations, there is a frequent need to acquire and reference numerous commercial or real estate registries when accurate information about specific legal entities is required.
For many companies, the acquisition of these registries for business purposes represents an unavoidable fixed cost. Depending on the industry and business sector, some large enterprises reportedly incur annual fixed costs ranging from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of yen.
