uSonar Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "uSonar") is pleased to announce the adoption of "Benefit Station" (Benefit One Inc.) as a comprehensive employee welfare service.
The membership-based welfare service "Benefit Station" offers a wide range of 1.4 million services, including dining, leisure, shopping, sports, travel, e-learning, and support for life events such as childcare, nursing care, health, and moving. As of April 2024, it is utilized by 16,892 organizations and 11.92 million members.
Members can enjoy exclusive discounted rates, and for certain services, they can earn and apply member-exclusive points toward future service usage.

The decision to adopt this service was further supported by the fact that it extends benefits not only to employees but also to their family members up to the second degree (including grandparents, grandchildren, and siblings of both the employee and their spouse), which aligns with our corporate vision of being a "Company Where Everyone Can Show Filial Piety."
To encourage utilization, we will grant 5,000 points annually to each of our 230 employees.
