uSonar Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter uSonar) is pleased to announce the adoption of Benefit Station (Benefit One Inc.) as a comprehensive employee welfare service.
The membership-based welfare service Benefit Station offers a wide range of 1.4 million services, including dining, leisure, shopping, sports, travel, e-learning and other educational content, as well as support for life events such as childcare, nursing care, health, and moving. As of April 2024, it is utilized by 16,892 organizations and 11.92 million members.
Members can access services at exclusive discounted rates, and for certain services, earn member-only points that can be applied toward future service usage.

The decision to adopt this service was further supported by the fact that it extends to family members within the second degree of kinship (including grandparents, grandchildren, and siblings of both the employee and their spouse), which aligns with our corporate vision of becoming a company where everyone can show filial piety. To encourage utilization, we will grant 5,000 points annually to each of our 230 employees.
