Content and Target Audience:
Many companies have implemented Salesforce to improve sales performance but struggle with the fundamentals of data utilization. In this session, Takara standard Co., Ltd. will share details on how they managed approximately 300,000 existing corporate data records and designed their Salesforce environment to drive sales transformation.

Biography
Joined Takara standard Co., Ltd. in 2018. After working in website operations, she joined the SFA implementation project for the sales department in 2019. As a core member, she led the development and adoption of the SFA system. In August 2023, she won the Large Enterprise Category at the National Salesforce Utilization Championship 2023, a competition where user companies showcase their Salesforce success stories. Since April 2024, she has been a member of the newly established Structural Reform & DX Promotion Office, reporting directly to the President. She is engaged in company-wide DX and data utilization initiatives, including not only SFA utilization but also exploring new business areas through CRM and collaborating with production and logistics divisions.

Biography
Joined uSonar Co., Ltd. in 2018. Since early in his career, he has been actively involved in large-scale projects and has built accounts with major companies across various industries. Currently, as a manager, he leads multiple team members and is dedicated to promoting DX for client companies.
