Our company's office and employee benefits were featured in the August and September 2023 issues of the HR information magazine "HR Map" (published by Sanro Research Institute). We were interviewed regarding our unique employee benefit programs and our theme-park-style office space.
In the August issue, Executive Officer Sono introduced our external counseling system, which allows employees to consult with outside experts on matters such as nursing care and career development at any time. He discussed the corporate culture we have cultivated that prioritizes our people.

In the September issue, Mizuta from the General Affairs and HR Group introduced our "Filial Piety Strategy" and "Demand Management" initiatives, which are conducted under our vision of being a "company where everyone can practice filial piety." She discussed the positive impact our theme-park-style office has on employee benefits.
