Company Introduction and Background of CM Production

We are a corporate database marketing support company entering our 34th year since establishment. In July 2022, we changed our company name to uSonar Co., Ltd. to pursue further growth. We are currently running brand awareness advertisements to help more people learn about our company.
This is the second installment following our project from last October. With the key message "Sales to the Data Generation," we aim to support the future of sales professionals across all generations and genders.

Story

A meeting room in an office. Sales Manager Ryoko Kobayashi is preparing for an important business negotiation. Her counterpart is a key executive. As they exchange business cards, the executive immediately launches a sharp, preemptive verbal attack. However, Manager Kobayashi remains completely unfazed. Where does her confidence come from? The executive is surprised. What will be the outcome of the negotiation? The scene shifts to a futuristic CG world where data flows rapidly, revealing the source of Manager Kobayashi's confidence. "uSonar for sales. One of Japan's largest databases that delivers results, down to the office unit. Sales, entering the data generation." Back in the meeting room, the negotiation has turned into a friendly atmosphere. Ms. Kobayashi whispers her signature line.

Barriers to DX Include Data Format Standardization and Data Quality

As many companies work toward Sales DX (Digital Transformation), uSonar observes that the management of corporate customer data has become a significant challenge and barrier. According to a survey* by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the most common response regarding challenges and barriers in utilizing industrial data—cited by 37% of respondents—is "increased costs related to data collection and management (such as lack of standardized data formats and ensuring data quality)." We receive numerous inquiries from companies that have introduced systems for each department or purpose to achieve DX, yet have failed to realize their intended operational efficiency because data formats differ across systems.
