This is the second project following the one last October. With the key message "Sales, to the Data Generation," we hope to support the future of sales professionals across generations and genders.
Story
A meeting room in an office. Sales Manager Ryoko Kobayashi is about to enter an important business negotiation. The counterpart is an executive who is a key decision-maker. Upon exchanging business cards, the executive immediately launches a sharp, preemptive verbal attack. However, Manager Kobayashi remains completely unfazed. Where does her confidence come from? The executive is surprised. What will be the outcome of the negotiation? The scene shifts to a futuristic CG world where data flies about, revealing the reason for Manager Kobayashi's confidence. "uSonar for sales. One of Japan's largest databases that identifies down to the office unit and leads to results. Sales, to the Data Generation." Barriers to DX include the standardization of data formats and data quality.
As many companies engage in Sales DX (Digital Transformation), uSonar Co., Ltd. observes that the management of corporate customer data has become a significant challenge and barrier. According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications*, the most common response regarding challenges and barriers in utilizing industrial data—cited by 37% of respondents—is the "increase in costs related to data collection and management (such as non-standardized data formats and ensuring data quality)." We receive numerous inquiries from clients who have introduced systems for each department or purpose to achieve DX, yet have failed to realize the intended operational efficiency because data formats remain inconsistent across systems.
