(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nami Fukutomi; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces that it has reached an agreement with Development Bank of Japan Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Seiji Jige; hereinafter referred to as "DBJ") regarding capital participation, and has completed the transaction related to said capital participation.
The Company builds and maintains one of Japan's largest corporate databases (containing information on 8.2 million business locations) and supports mid-sized and large enterprises in advancing and streamlining their database marketing and CRM operations.
By implementing our services, client companies can perform data cleansing of customer information based on unique codes and automatically update corporate information that changes daily, significantly improving the efficiency of corporate data management. Furthermore, by integrating our corporate database with CRM, SFA, and MA tools, clients can create effective targeting lists and identify promising prospects not currently in their possession. We also provide a business card management service based on this database.
In recent years, as the importance of corporate data in sales and marketing activities continues to grow, our services—which enable customer data maintenance and the advancement of CRM functions based on one of Japan's largest corporate databases—serve to accelerate the digital transformation of corporate sales and marketing activities.
Through DBJ's capital participation, we anticipate an enhancement in uSonar's creditworthiness and the stabilization of our capital base.
