(Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "Landscape") will begin sales of the new direct mail service "Rating2.0 x Trigger Dialog" on November 16, integrating YDM's personalized direct mail service "Trigger Dialog" with Landscape's B2B lead AI scoring engine "Rating2.0."

1. Background and Objectives
B2B approaches to corporate clients are broadly categorized into push-type (visits, phone calls, fax, direct mail, etc.) and pull-type (SEO, web advertising, social media, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, etc.) strategies. While push-type strategies like direct mail are effective for acquiring new corporate clients due to their short lead times, failing to precisely design "who" to target, "what" to offer, and "how" to appeal leads to inefficient use of resources, costs, and time.
Furthermore, with many companies refraining from face-to-face sales due to the spread of COVID-19, and with large volumes of emails being deleted unread, physical direct mail is gaining renewed attention for its high effectiveness when utilized strategically.

2. Features of "Rating2.0 x Trigger Dialog"

(1) AI Extracts Prospective Companies from Japan's Largest Corporate Database
Companies adopting "Rating2.0 x Trigger Dialog" can register their internal customer lists and transaction data into "Rating2.0." By leveraging Landscape's massive corporate attribute database (industry, revenue scale, tool adoption status, building/department attributes, etc.) and analyzing the frequency and browsing trends of visitors to their own websites, the system uses AI to extract prospective companies.

(2) Narrowing Down Potential High-Quality and Influential Target Companies
From the prospective company data obtained through the analysis in (1), existing registered customers and competitors are excluded to narrow down the list of potential new customer targets.

(3) Dispatch of Personalized Direct Mail
Using "Trigger Dialog," direct mail is printed and sent with content and images tailored to the industry and revenue scale of the customers generated in (2). Personalized direct mail increases visibility and ensures the material remains on hand for longer periods.
