Landscape Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "Landscape"), a company supporting database marketing, has launched "Rating 2.0," an AI scoring engine for corporate lead potential that utilizes "LBC," Japan's largest corporate master database.
By implementing "Rating 2.0," companies can integrate various offline and online data while protecting user privacy, enabling efficient sales and marketing activities that capture the latest trends of target companies through machine learning.
* "Rating 2.0" can be integrated into "uSonar," the customer data integration solution provided by Landscape.
■ What is the "Rating 2.0" AI Scoring Engine for Corporate Lead Potential?
"Rating 2.0" integrates various offline and online corporate attributes—such as corporate characteristics (industry, revenue scale, number of employees, corporate affiliation, etc.), tool adoption status, building attributes, department attributes, corporate features, and online behavioral attributes (web browsing history, response history, and interests by company)—to score and identify high-potential companies with high precision, all without identifying specific individuals.

■ Differences Between Conventional Corporate Scoring (1.0) and "Rating 2.0"
Conventional corporate scoring (1.0) relied on limited corporate information such as financial results, which posed the problem of scores remaining static.
"Rating 2.0" utilizes technology that integrates variables related to companies across both offline and online channels, allowing for the automatic and frequent updating of high-potential company lists. Corporate scores fluctuate in response to daily changes in corporate activity.
■ Use Cases for "Rating 2.0"
Beyond generating lists of high-potential companies through machine learning, "Rating 2.0" enables effective, targeted digital marketing by automatically linking with various web advertisements, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and DSP ads. It also supports data integration with marketing automation tools.
* By utilizing "Rating 2.0" scores, targeting precision has improved by 1.6 times compared to conventional targeting methods using standard corporate information. (Based on our company's performance data)
Landscape will continue to support the digital marketing efforts of B2B companies by leveraging "Rating 2.0" in collaboration with our business partners.
* We are currently seeking sales partners for "Rating 2.0," as well as integration partners for the "Rating 2.0" engine and tool-linking partners.
