Landscape Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "Landscape"), which supports database marketing, launched the "Young Affluent Lifestyle Survey Report" on May 27, 2020. This report summarizes the survey results of young affluent individuals born after 1971 (in their 20s to 40s) who hold 100 million yen or more in financial assets.
We conducted a 51-item questionnaire survey from March 16 to March 22, 2020, targeting young affluent individuals (post-baby boomer juniors), including company executives nationwide. The lifestyle survey report was created based on the responses of 1,058 survey participants who hold 100 million yen or more in financial assets. This report serves as a valuable resource for understanding the life consciousness and lifestyles of young affluent individuals, who possess different values compared to traditional affluent groups.
This report provides content that can be widely utilized by companies currently engaged in business for the affluent, companies planning to enter the affluent market, as well as research institutes and think tanks. By understanding the values and consumption patterns of young affluent individuals through this report, we believe companies can expand their business targeting the affluent, thereby significantly stimulating the economy.
Furthermore, it is possible to cross-reference these survey results with the attribute information of company executives held in our corporate master data, "LBC." As a result, it is possible to estimate the lifestyles of company executives and predict trends in their management decisions, which can also be utilized as extraction criteria for target lists. We will continue to promote the utilization of data on the affluent in both B2C and B2B businesses.

[Option: Customer Data Analysis Service]
We provide a service that analyzes client customer data by cross-referencing it with Landscape's high-net-worth database. By utilizing this service, client companies can enrich their customer lists and visualize customers with higher potential.
This database identifies 2.1 million high-net-worth individuals with estimated assets of 100 million JPY or more, using proprietary logic developed from Landscape's 95 million-record consumer database, IDB. It leverages occupational, residential, and high-net-worth-specific attributes, and classifies individuals into four categories based on estimated assets.
This is a corporate master database that assigns an 11-digit management code to approximately 8.2 million business locations across Japan, built by Landscape. LBC allows for the understanding of not only corporate attributes such as corporate numbers, industry types, and sales scale, but also corporate hierarchies, including parent-subsidiary relationships and headquarters-branch office connections, through its corporate code system.
