In addition, Audit & Supervisory Board Member Andreas Merke has resigned due to his return to Germany, and Audit & Supervisory Board Member Yasuhiro Konishi has resigned for health reasons. In recognition of their many years of distinguished service, they will continue to support us as advisors.
