Landscape, Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Katsuhito Nagatake; hereinafter "Landscape"), a provider of database marketing support, has conducted a survey on the management of customer and prospect data to clarify the current state of customer information management and acquisition efforts within B2B companies.
■ Trends in Awareness Regarding Customer Data Management and Utilization
A total of 44.3% of respondents indicated that they feel there are "significant issues" or "some issues" with how their company manages customer and prospect data.
