Landscape Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo), a provider of database marketing services, announces the appointment of Katsuhito Nagatake as President and Representative Director, effective February 27, 2019.
At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the same day, Katsuhito Nagatake was newly appointed as a Director, and was subsequently elected as President and Representative Director at the following Board of Directors meeting.
Candidates were solicited at the manager meeting in December 2018, and a presidential candidate was selected through a vote among the four applicants, with the appointment finalized at the Board of Directors meeting in January.
President Katsuhito Nagatake has consistently served in the Sales Division since joining the company as a new graduate in April 2000.
The company has decided that it is important to rejuvenate its management and is transitioning to a new executive structure.
Additionally, former President Nami Fukutomi (64) has assumed the position of Chairman.
