NJK Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Katsumasa Ishikawa; hereinafter "NJK"), renowned for its "Media Drive" brand with a proven track record in business card OCR (*1), and Landscape Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Nami Fukutomi; hereinafter "Landscape") will begin offering a solution in February 2019 that allows users to quickly data-cleanse and match digitized business card information for use as accurate corporate data. This is achieved by integrating NJK's business card management cloud service, "THE Meishi Kanri Business," with Landscape's customer data integration solution, "uSonar," via the Salesforce customer database.
To utilize acquired business card information for marketing and sales, rapid digitization, accurate data cleansing, and data matching are essential. This partnership enables the creation of accurate corporate information without the burden of manual input.

< About the Business Card Management Cloud Service "THE Meishi Kanri Business" >
In addition to using scanners or smartphones as input devices, users can capture multiple cards at once using a multifunction printer. This allows for the immediate digitization of business cards obtained not only during standard exchanges but also at trade shows and seminars using high-precision OCR. Customer information from business cards is not only managed as business card data but also integrated with Salesforce customer information.

uSonar is a cloud-based data integration tool that allows for the consolidation and management of various information related to customers. It is equipped with the know-how for cleansing data in various formats that Landscape has cultivated over many years, as well as "LBC," a proprietary corporate master database. It can be integrated with solutions such as CRM/SFA, business card management, MA (Marketing Automation), and DMP.
"LBC" (Linkage Business Code) is a corporate master database with a 99.7% domestic coverage rate, assigning an 11-digit corporate code to 8.2 million business locations across Japan.
