NJK Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Katsumasa Ishikawa; hereinafter "NJK"), renowned for its proven track record in business card OCR (*1), and Landscape Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Nami Fukutomi; hereinafter "Landscape") will begin offering a solution in February 2019 that enables the rapid data cleansing and matching of digitized business card information for use as accurate corporate data. This is achieved by integrating NJK's business card management cloud service, "THE Meishi Kanri Business," with Landscape's customer data integration solution, "uSonar," via the Salesforce customer database.
To utilize acquired business card information for marketing and sales, rapid digitization, accurate data cleansing, and data matching are essential. This integration enables the creation of accurate corporate information without the burden of manual input.
*1 OCR (Optical Character Recognition): A technology that converts images of text into machine-readable text.

About the Business Card Management Cloud Service "THE Meishi Kanri Business"
In addition to using scanners and smartphones as input devices, you can capture multiple business cards at once using a multifunction printer. This allows for the immediate digitization of business cards obtained not only during standard exchanges but also at trade fairs and seminars, using high-precision OCR. The customer information from these business cards is not only managed as contact data but can also be integrated with customer information in Salesforce.
About the Customer Data Integration Solution "uSonar"
uSonar is a cloud-based data integration tool that allows you to consolidate and manage various types of information related to your customers. It incorporates the expertise Landscape has cultivated over many years in cleansing data across various formats, as well as our proprietary corporate master data, "LBC." It supports integration with solutions such as CRM/SFA, business card management, Marketing Automation (MA), and DMP.
"LBC" (Linkage Business Code) is a corporate master data set with a 99.7% domestic coverage rate, assigning an 11-digit corporate code to 8.2 million business locations across Japan.
