Seraku maintains a robust team of engineers specializing in the operation and adoption support of Salesforce, a cloud-based sales support system provided by Salesforce.com. They have established a framework for detailed support and consulting, including on-demand "on-site" support available whenever and for as long as needed. Landscape supports the unification of customer data through its customer data integration solution, uSonar, which is equipped with LBC, Japan's largest corporate master database. uSonar integrates with Salesforce to automate the unification and maintenance of account data within the platform.
