Health and Productivity Management Promotion Structure
To systematically promote health and productivity management, we have established the following organizational structure.
- Chief Health Officer: President and CEO
Oversees the company-wide health and productivity management policy and drives initiatives while ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
- Promotion Department: General Affairs and Human Resources Group
Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating health initiatives, focusing on maintaining and improving physical and mental well-being, supporting flexible work styles, and enhancing work engagement.
- Collaboration with External Professionals: Rebalance Co., Ltd. (Occupational Physicians and Public Health Nurses), KuMu Co., Ltd. (Certified Social Workers and Work-Life Balance Coordinators), and Clinical Psychologists
Provides expert support for analyzing health issues, offering individual assistance, and designing internal systems.
- Collaboration with Health Insurance Association: TJK Health Insurance Association
Leverages health checkup and medical expense data to receive support for data analysis and health guidance, aimed at preventing lifestyle-related diseases, mitigating the severity of health conditions, and optimizing medical costs.
- Internal Promotion Committee
We hold regular Health and Productivity Management Promotion Meetings to monitor progress and implement improvements, while focusing on visualizing health metrics (such as absenteeism and presenteeism) and strengthening our countermeasures.
