Privacy Policy (Remail)

uSonar Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") may obtain and use personal information of customers and others in order to provide the Remail Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). We hereby establish this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") as our policy for handling personal information of customers and others. Article 1 (Applicability)

１　In the event of any conflict or contradiction between the provisions regarding the handling of personal information in the Privacy Policy or other personal information protection guidelines posted on the Company's website, or in the terms of service for services provided by the Company, and this Policy, this Policy shall take precedence.

２　For matters not specified in this Policy, the contents described in the Company's "Privacy & Security" shall also apply to this Service.

Article 2 (Personal Information Collected by the Company and Its Purposes of Use)

The Company shall collect the following personal information and handle such personal information for each purpose of use:

Email addresses obtainable through Gmail
Contents of emails sent or received by customers through Gmail (including file names of attachments to such emails)
Information displayed or entered by customers on the Service registration form or on Gmail

Customer identification and personal authentication
Responding to, confirming, and recording customer inquiries, consultations, complaints, repairs, and support
Providing information about products, services, and campaigns via guides and emails
Necessary business contacts, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and business negotiations
Development and improvement of the Service's primary functions, and marketing
Purposes of providing the Service, which include:
- Determining and matching whether email senders and recipients are business contact persons
- Examining the contents of sent emails
- Confirming email sending and receiving
- Smooth provision, maintenance, and improvement of the Service

Article 3 (Acquisition of Device Information and Others)

In addition to the personal information defined in the preceding article, the Company may also collect device information (IP address), as well as Cookies and other similar tracking information when customers use this Service.

Article 4 (Handling of Customer Information)

１　The Company may collect customer personal information as defined in Article 2, device information and Cookie information from the preceding article, and other information not considered personal information about customers (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "Customer Information").

２　The Company shall use Customer Information within the scope of the purposes of use defined in Article 2.

３　The Company shall store Customer Information to the extent necessary for using it for the purposes of use defined in Article 2. However, even if the Company no longer needs to use Customer Information for the purposes of use defined in Article 2, the Company may store Customer Information to the extent required by statutory retention requirements.

４　The Company shall not provide Customer Information to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned in the case of personal information or other legal grounds.

Article 5 (Modification of this Policy)

１　The Company shall periodically review the operational status of handling Customer Information and strive for continuous improvement, and may modify this Policy as necessary.

２　Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, when making changes that require the consent of the individual concerned under applicable laws, the Company shall obtain consent from the individual concerned through a separately prescribed method.

３　The Company shall notify the modified Policy through posting on the Company's website or other easily understandable methods.
