uSonar Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") may obtain and use personal information of customers and others in order to provide the Remail Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). We hereby establish this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") as our policy for handling personal information of customers and others. Article 1 (Applicability)
1 In the event of any conflict or contradiction between the provisions regarding the handling of personal information in the Privacy Policy or other personal information protection guidelines posted on the Company's website, or in the terms of service for services provided by the Company, and this Policy, this Policy shall take precedence.
2 For matters not specified in this Policy, the contents described in the Company's "Privacy & Security" shall also apply to this Service.

1 The Company may collect customer personal information as defined in Article 2, device information and Cookie information from the preceding article, and other information not considered personal information about customers (hereinafter, collectively referred to as "Customer Information").
2 The Company shall use Customer Information within the scope of the purposes of use defined in Article 2.

However, even if the Company no longer needs to use Customer Information for the purposes of use defined in Article 2, the Company may store Customer Information to the extent required by statutory retention requirements.

Article 5 (Modification of this Policy)
1 The Company shall periodically review the operational status of handling Customer Information and strive for continuous improvement, and may modify this Policy as necessary.
2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, when making changes that require the consent of the individual concerned under applicable laws, the Company shall obtain consent from the individual concerned through a separately prescribed method.
3 The Company shall notify the modified Policy through posting on the Company's website or other easily understandable methods.
